Terms for Hiring Captain Murph to Sail Your Boat

• You are responsible for all your personal costs and items including but not limited to
  • Food, Drinks
  • Travel, Airfare, Ground Transportation
  • Clothing, Foul Weather Gear
  • Entertainment
  • Following all Safety/Navigation Instructions of Captain Murph
  • Your blatant and purposeful damage or loss to boat and/or gear
• You are responsible for all Your boat costs and items including but not limited to
  • Routine damage or loss to boat and/or gear
  • Docking and Fuel
  • Maintenance and Repairs
• You are responsible for Captain Murph's costs listed below
  • Food, Drinks
  • Travel, Airfare, Ground Transportation, both to/from your boat
• Captain Murph is responsible for his personal costs and items including
  • His clothing, foul weather gear
  • Captain Murph's blatant and purposeful damage or loss to Your boat and/or gear (And he promises to Never do this!)
• Rates are not confirmed until you and Captain Murph set your agreement. 
  • Once agreed, the rates, fees, expenses, and terms are fixed, unless both parties agree to make the change(s)
• You retain the right, at Your sole discretion, to end Your sail or cruise at anytime, for any reason or no reason.  This includes You safely enabling Captain Murph to leave your boat at any time or location necessitated by these terms.
• Captain Murph retains the right, at his sole discretion, to end his sail or cruise with you at anytime, for any reason or no reason.  This includes You safely enabling Captain Murph to leave your boat at any time or location necessitated by these terms.
