Nino Forlini Sailing, Niagara Tall Ship in Background

I had never been sailing before because, to tell the truth, I always thought that it would be boring (sorry Murph).  A good friend of mine, Bill Paviol, let me know exactly how wrong I was.  He told me that Captain Murph would make the whole trip a great experience and that I would like it better than power boats.  What an understatement!  I do a good bit of fishing on Charters (power boats) and have always loved the experience of boating and being on the water.  Bill told me that his daughter Sara sailed, so I figured that if a girl of 8 years (at that time) could sail, maybe I could pull it off.  What Bill didn’t tell me was that Sara could probably Captain a boat by herself.  She is amazing and knows exactly what to do.  What a pro.

Things have changed for me though.  Oh, I still love the water and I still love boating but Captain Murph ruined me and made me want to sail and sail only. I have not been on a Power boat since my first sail.  On a power boat you get slammed around and have the constant sound of the engine.  When you get through for the day, you feel like you went 10 rounds with Tyson even if it was a good trip!  When you sail, it is peaceful and quiet and totally enjoyable.

We generally stop at different ports and do a little exploring and spend the night on the boat.  There is NO sleep as good as when I sleep on a boat.  The gentle rocking lulls you to sleep and all is good with the world.

It is such a unique, exciting experience.  It is truly fun, relaxing and the best way to get around on the water.  The bonus is that Murph cares.  He not only Captains and Pilots the boat but in the process of all of this you get an education because he answers all questions with his vast maritime knowledge base.  I think personally, that his biggest asset is his personality.  Sharp, funny and open.  Captain Murph is the ONLY sailing captain that I will endorse.  Any questions?  Call me at (seven-two-four) five-zero-three-seven-one-seven-four.
